Dunsany got back to winning ways with victory at home to Drumbaragh on Tuesday evening.

Dunsany opened the scoring with a point rom Shane Walshe but visitors soon found themselves a head leading 2 points to 1. Dunsany found parity in the 13th minute through Pierre Fox. The game went into a lul with neither side troubling the scoreboard for 10 minutes until Harry Cahill split the posts. David Boyle added another point within 30 seconds. The homeside finished the half strong with points from Declan Smyth and Frankie Barrett to go in at the break with a 4 point lead.

Eoin Harkin added a point after the break before Cathal Murphy found the net after a well worked move. Murphy added a further point from a free after this. Substitute Alex Smyth then found the net in fortunate circumstances from long range.

Drumbaragh then rallied straight away and worked a goal of their own and a quickfire point, before Alan Kelly stopped the momentum and scored his point to leave the score 2-8 to 1-3.

Dunsany then saw out the game with points from Alex Smyth, Wlashe, Declan Smyth and Conor Harkin.
